k i got a really shy bladder i cant pee anywhere and now i cant even do it at home properly, i have been to lots of doctors and urologists did many tests and there is nothing wrong with me i just have a relly bad shy bladder, please give me some advise oh and is there anything that relaxes you and makes you pee fast
