Please tell me some exercises for your chest which are really effective :)?

There are so many chest exercises out there, you just have to use them correctly to get to whatever it is that you want. But yes, i agree that the bench press is the best one for strength and size. It takes time for the pecs to fully develop though, so give it some time. Make sure you use other chest exercises to develop them efficiently. O yea, its not about the exercises too, you also got to consider nutrition.
Benching is the most effective exercise for the pectoral muscles.

Pull ups
Push ups
Push ups. Lifting weight. Cardio exercise. Boxing. Eating healthy foods helps. Running.
Pull ups aren't going to help your chest like the guy above mentioned.

Push ups are good. Bench pressing, flys, dips, pull overs are all good.
