Pls help me out! how can i let my motion free in morning? i mean im getting piles in my buttocks ?

i mean im not able to free myself until i smoke or drink tea and other things..i m struggling improper shits..help me!!
Answer:
Change your diet to include more fruit and veg and drink plenty of water. Cut out the smokes too.
prune juice everyday and i mean every day
I'd love to help you out,which way did you come in?
Tea and nicotiene are natural laxatives, why not stick with it? The body does not need a BM everyday. Or try an OTC laxative. Have you considered being checked out for IBS? If the "blockage" alternates with the runs, its very likely.
