Protein Shakes?

Are protein shakes bad for a 15 years old
Answer:
Not at all. Throw some fruit in with your protein shake and you'll be getting most of your essential vitamins and really good carbohydrates as well. A habitual routine of a protein shake a day will work wonders for you throughout your life. I highly recommend you start now.

Also, please spell-check and grammar-check. You are 15, and are still capable of avoiding the pitfall of poor grammar. Don't fall into the habits of poor grammar, as it devalues your peers and our society.
I'm guessing you play football, i took it when I was in high school too.
