Question about my packs?

umm.. im 13 and i can feel all 4 of my packs but i just dont know how i can pop it out. so wat should i do to make it come out, how many a day and how many a week. THANK YOU

well at 13 you might be too young to do heavy weight training but to define your abs I would recommend getting a pilates dvd and doing the workout. it works on your core muscles and makes for a strong stomach both the upper and lower parts so a good change to get a 6 pack going
Your only 13, Your not gonna look like the guy on the cover of Muscle Weekly. It's gonna take some time as your still developing.

But to answer your question, if you can strength train your abs, do that. Cardio and situps aren't gonna do it alone. You can find machines to help you do this at sports/fitnes sclubs.

Remember, you need testosterone to build muscle. But the more testosterone you have, the more your bones will want to fuse during puberty. Your bones fusing early will stunt your growth and keep them from lengthening. so if your looking to body build at such a young age, think of the consequences by the time you reach 18.
At 13 years old its not really that good of an idea to work out to much. If you start lifting to early it will cause your growth plates to fuze, meaning that you'll stay short. I'm not saying that you should sit on your butt all day either. Just don't worry about it for another few years. At your age theres not a whole lot you can do any way. Hormones are still changing so much that your body needs some time to stabilize. When you hit 15 or 16 years old take a weight training class in high school to teach you the best ways to work out. You'll get big and ripped in no time!
