The other day we were fooling around both fully clothed, she was touching me *down there* and there might have been a possibility that she had a bit of pre ejaculate on her hand(but really little) we decided to stop to not take things too far and as she took her hand out she sort of rubbed it off(her hands were dry) Afterwards she went to use the bathroom and I'm wondering if this could have in any way made her pregnant? Her hands like I said were dry when she went, is there any chance that sperm survived even when her hands were fully dry? Please let me know, thanx.

It doesnt really work like that, first of all there is rarely any sperm in pre-ejaculate, or pre-cu m as it is also known, so any chances of pregnancy from that are slim. Secondly, even if on the rare chance there was sperm in the pre-cu m it would have to be directly inserted into the vagina, just touching that area wouldn't do it. So calm yourself down, and dont worry about it. And if your doing that kind of stuff again, have a rag or some kleenex near by to clean up, that way you dont have to give anything like this a thought.

As you describe it there is very little chance that you lady will be pregnant. It is a fact that pre-ejaculation fluid does contain sperm cells, those sperm cells need to be implanted will within the uterus and unless your lady specifically had sperm on finger and she inserted her finger well inside, she will not be pregnant.
