Plz help how can i work out without using like weights and goin to the gym im only 14 like wat should i do??

i just wanna work on my abs and arms kinda on my legs too mostly everything lol
im 14 years old and i weigh like 170 its not good i used to be skinny then i dropped out of hockey

listen dude if you're 14 you got plenty of time to get into shape. for arms i would do some pushups. start with what you can do. then raise up your sets over time. the abs i'd hit some crunches start with a few then do a lot. as much as you think it'll kill you...START RUNNING! i hate running but it's the best possible workout. i thought i was in good shape before i started running now i'm in great shape. try to run longer distances not just a few yards at a time, it's much better for you. the most important rule is don't cheat yourself. remember it's quality over quanity. don't try 100 pushups if you can only do 10 right...get it. it's better to do less right then more wrong...cause if you do a million crunches wrong...guess what? you're still going to be fat :-s good luck...

14 is too young to start lifting weights, try doing push-ups every other day for the first two weeks do 4 sets of 25 each day, after 2 weeks increase tosets of 40 to 50 every 3 days. Excellent way to build your upper body. Good Luck!
